Planning a surf and yoga retreat in Sri Lanka is a pretty tough challenge these days. How do you decide which retreat is best for you? For most people, the idea of a retreat can be a bit daunting as lets face it, you also want to have a holiday, right? Well, that’s why we created Nirbana. Our goal is to create an environment where guests don’t feel pressured to stick to a regime, with daily starts and all inclusive classes, you can still have a holiday and jump in and out of classes as and when you like. From daily yoga sessions in the morning and evening to daily river paddle boarding sessions, daily learn to surf classes or free board hire (for those who can already surf) and an optional catemeran sailing and snorkelling tour, we’ve got your Sri Lanka holiday covered.
Enough us rambling on, we think our guests experiences are the best way of showing what you can expect from a Paddle Boarding, Yoga and Surf Retreat in Sri Lanka with Nirbana.
